I needed repairs done on my roof following the removal of my solar panels. I spoke to Cleus who quoted me $3,900 so I paid it and was scheduled for roof repairs yesterday. There is no visible change to my roof so I called back today and nobody has given me any information about my roof or whether or not anybody even showed up to do the repairs. I will call back tomorrow and hopefully someone picks up the phone who knows what’s going on. This is very unprofessional to say the least.

What can I say about this company.Great people just trying to help.I spoke with Cleus who was attentive and educated about my issues. He took time out to find out what I was looking for rather than tell me.During the install the manager came and spoke to me and made sure the team was doing everything the way it should be done.when my project was complete I was very pleased I recommended my neighbors when they asked who did my roof. It was a quick, stress free process and the workers did a good job cleaning up after themselfs .I spoke with other companies before Revamp but most contractors didn't show up and the ones who did looked and gave me a price. It's a shame the only bad reviews are from people who havent gotten work done because these guys over deliver on results,
guys this is a hard job from the estimates to install and for the end results to be better than I expected I will definitely be using them for future projects.

When I informed the sales tech that I was solely getting quotes as I was in the planning stages of my project he became rude and dismissive, refused to show me the sample window, refused to leave the pamphlet with information on the product, never provided a written quote (simply numbers on a piece of paper), and informed me that if I didn’t agree to purchase before he left that the company would not do business with me even if I decided to proceed with them for these services (which there is obviously no way I would at this point). I DO NOT recommend reaching out to this company for their services!

Needed someone to check my roof due to a leak. Cleus came, no ladder, didn't get on the roof. He looked out of the 2nd floor window to see the flat roof over the 1 room that had a leak. Could have gone out window to inspect roof but didn't and quoted $5000 for new roof to find the leak. No measuring, nothing. When I started asking questions he had the nerve to ask if I was ok. Finally got a quote for $3000. Called someone else and paid $500. for repair of vinyl siding that came off in a storm 2 weeks ago which I told Cleus about and he could see. Also advised the roof was replaced 3 years ago. No more leak! Would not recommend these people! Glad I didn't pay for nothing.

We make sure none of our reps recommend anything that is not needed . Also if the roof is able to walk on safely we do get on roof . If roof how ever is steep our reps to not get on the roof for safety reasons and have drones to inspect . Our inspectors are not installers they can not walk on steep roofs . It's a safety hazard .
